Now you have practised the sound, can you have a go at reading these words with Geraldine?
Can you make your own sound book? After you have learned a new sound, write it in your book! Then see if you can draw some pictures with that sound and label its name.
Miss Fernando's group -
We have finished learning all the sounds for Reception! Today we are going to practise blending and reading words in a sentence substitution activity. Read the sentence and then change some of the words to make a new sentence. Remember the sentence has to make sense.

This week we are learning how to use a quicker method that helps us with addition. It is called counting on. Counting on is when we put the larger number in our head (say it in our mind) and count on from that number the amount we are adding to find the total.
Watch the video 'Add By Counting On.' Can you get 2 groups of objects and find how many you have together? Then write the number sentence.
