I hope you are all keeping active until we return to school!
Although you are not at school at the moment, there are lots of ways you can keep fit and active at home.
Each week I'll add a new weekly timetable of activities for you to try: these are for daily fitness, skills, personal challenges, active learning and knowledge and understanding.
The instructions are either pretty simple to grasp or there will be a link to a website to follow.
